Precisely Created Bridges is a nonprofit workforce-development organization that operates the BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy and provides career, reentry, and supportive services in Houston, TX.
FOUNDER'S STORY
Built on Purpose, Driven by People
My journey to founding Precisely Created Bridges was shaped by nearly two decades of military service, years of nonprofit leadership, and firsthand experience working with individuals and communities navigating difficult circumstances.
Throughout my career, I saw how much talent, determination, and potential exists in our communities—and how often people simply need access to the right opportunity, training, resources, and support.
Those experiences inspired me to create Precisely Created Bridges.
I wanted to build an organization that doesn't just tell people where opportunities are, but helps them build a bridge to reach them. PCB was created to connect individuals with workforce development, career readiness, professional development, supportive services, leadership opportunities, and pathways toward meaningful employment.
This organization represents everything I've learned throughout my career, military service, education, and life experiences—and my belief that when people are given the right tools, support, and opportunity, they can change the trajectory of their lives.

"Precisely Created" reflects authenticity, individuality, and the conviction that every person's journey has value — that every individual is uniquely created with talents, purpose, and the potential to succeed.
"Bridges" symbolizes connection. Many people possess the ability and determination to build successful lives but lack access to opportunities, training, mentorship, or professional networks. Our organization exists to bridge those gaps.
