Precisely Created Bridges operates three programs and a full suite of workforce services — each designed to meet people where they are and equip them for lasting success.

01

Workforce development through career and technical education

BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy

What it is

It provides career and technical education, career readiness training, professional development, and supportive services to help participants build the skills, credentials, and confidence needed to enter and advance in today's workforce.

Who it serves

Adults 18+ in the Houston area — including individuals facing barriers to employment such as returning citizens, veterans, military spouses, young adults, and those experiencing unemployment or underemployment.

How to participate

Participants enroll through PCB's registration process. Tuition assistance, scholarships, WIOA funding, veterans benefits, and employer sponsorships may be available for eligible participants.

  • Career and technical pathways in high-demand fields
  • Career readiness: resume writing, interview coaching, job-search strategies

  • Supportive services to address barriers to employment

Leadership, career readiness, and community service for students

PCB Future Leaders Network

What it is

The PCB Future Leaders Network is a student-led, school-supported fellowship that prepares emerging leaders with practical skills, career awareness, financial knowledge, and stronger community connections. Chapters may operate as PCB Clubs at participating schools.

Who it serves

Middle school, high school, and college students. Chapters operate with school approval and a designated school advisor.

How to participate

Schools approve a chapter and designate an advisor. Student officers help shape projects and priorities. Chapters meet approximately twice monthly — one learning-focused activity and one service or action-focused activity.

  • Financial literacy: budgeting, credit, and responsible decision-making
  • Career readiness: pathways, interviews, and professional communication
  • Leadership and life skills development
  • Business and entrepreneurship exposure
  • Skilled-trades and career exploration
